Unless otherwise provided in our quotation the following terms and conditions apply.
The price does not include, freight or packaging, installation, commissioning, or on site engineering assistance. Should you require any of these additional services our daily rates are by arrangement plus traveling time and reasonable traveling/accommodation expenses.
WARRANTY

We warrant our equipment to fulfill the purpose for which it was intended and negotiated prior to it's purchase but not to accomplish any additional capacity or to work under changed conditions after having been shipped and installed.

Replacement of Defective Material. Any parts that show faulty workmanship or material will be repaired or replaced without charge F.O.B. Brisbane works, provided such defects develop under normal and proper use within twelve (12) months after date of shipment and provided purchasers give notice in writing to the company and a chance to inspect such defects before repairing or altering the product in any way. For any rebuilt or refurbished products please refer to your individual quotation for warranty details. The correction of such defects by repair or replacement by our principals constitute fulfilment of their obligations to the purchasers.

Non liability for Damaged Apparatus. The company will not be responsible for or liable for any damage resulting from improper storage or handling prior to or while placing the apparatus in service and will not assume any responsibility, expense or liability for repairs made outside its works without proper written consent. This includes incorrect on site wiring.

Parts & Equipment supplied by others. Equipment offered and supplied as part of the major component but manufactured by others are covered by those respective manufacturer's guarantees. Particulars of the manufacturer's conditions of sale will be supplied on request.

Contingent Liability. The company will not be responsible for or liable in any way for consequent damage or contingent liability.
ACCEPTANCE
- The prices set out in this quotation are those ruling at the date thereof but shall be subject to variation after a period of 30 days.
- e agree to do our utmost to effect delivery in the time named in our quotation, but do not accept responsibility if the delivery is not effected in the time stated. In case the procuring and/or shipment of the goods to the purchasers is prevented or delayed through any cause beyond our control the shipment and/or delivery may be suspended partially or totally. Such suspensions will not be a breach of, not in any way invalidate this contract and the period of shipment and/or delivery shall be extended accordingly.
- No cancellation of an accepted order will be permitted. Any request for cancellation may receive consideration but regardless of the reasons for the request it is not mandatory for us to consider the request. Any agreement to such a request is at the sole discretion of METCALFE GROUP PTY LTD.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- one third (1/3) deposit (or as otherwise stated in our quotation) is required with your order and the balance payable after witnessed tests and before despatch at our factory. The terms of payment are part of your contract. Unless these terms are complied with sections a, b, c, & d of our warranty are invalidated.
GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)
- The prices quoted DO NOT INCLUDE GST which would be additional.
